No Rush Orders 不接受急单：
The estimated delivery times provided are for reference only. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as logistics delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
提供的配送时间仅供参考。由于物流延迟、海关处理或其他不可控因素导致的延误，不提供退款或换货服务。
Taxes and Import Duties 税费和进口关税：
Any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. Failure to pay these charges may result in additional fees or the return of the package. If a package is returned, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. The seller is not liable for any duties or taxes incurred.
For shipments to Taiwan, a Taiwanese ID number is required for customs clearance, and the price already includes duties and taxes.
任何由当地政府征收的税费、关税或类似费用需由收件人自行承担。未支付这些费用可能会导致额外费用或包裹被退回。若包裹被退回，客户需承担重新寄送的费用，卖家对产生的税费不承担责任。
寄往台灣的包裹，需要提供台灣的身分證字號才能順利清關，價格已經含關稅和稅金囉～
Failed Delivery 配送失败：
If the initial delivery attempt fails, the customer should contact the local post office or courier for pickup or to arrange a second delivery attempt. Unclaimed packages may be returned to the sender, which can take 1 to 6 weeks. Any additional costs for re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. The package will be re-shipped once these costs are paid. Refunds or cancellations are not available for unclaimed packages. We recommend using tracking apps for timely updates on your package.
如果首次投递失败，客户应联系当地邮局或快递公司领取包裹或安排第二次投递。未领取的包裹可能会被退回，时间可能为 1 到 6 周。重新寄送产生的任何费用将由客户承担，费用支付后包裹将重新寄出。未领取的包裹不提供退款或取消。我们建议使用追踪应用程序，及时了解包裹的状态。
Combined Orders of Ready Stock and Preorder Items 现货与预购商品的混合订单：
If your order contains both ready stock and preorder items, we will wait and ship all items together once the preorder items arrive, following the preorder time frame. If you wish to receive ready stock items sooner, you may pay an additional shipping fee to have them shipped separately, with preorder items sent later when available.
如果您的订单包含现货和预购商品，我们会等待预购商品到货后一起发货，时间将按预购商品的时间表进行。如果您希望先收到现货，可以支付额外的运费进行分开发货，预购商品将在到货后单独寄出。
